Strawberry Yogurt Nicecream with Granola

He loves my homemade granola! It's so crispy and delicious. On a creamy yogurt with frozen strawberries, watermelon, and a large spoonful of almond butter, it's the best afternoon snack after a nap. Almond butter is a good source of the healthy monounsaturated fats his body needs. You can find my homemade granola recipe in the new "Bites" category, which will be online shortly.

Ingredients

  • 1 organic Greek yogurt (250g)

  • 1 handful frozen strawberries

  • 1 handful frozen blueberries

TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 cup (homemade) granola, no added sugar

  • 1/2 handful frozen raspberries

  • 1 large spoonful of almond butter

  • Some fresh watermelon balls

Method

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with the berries.

  2. Pour into a coconut bowl.

  3. Add all the toppings – done!
