When it comes to Nicecream it's all about counting nutrients not calories. This is our chocolate-vanilla heaven! It is all dairy-free and gluten-free. The health benefits of raw organic cacao are fantastic. It comes loaded with goodness. It contains vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals like manganese, zinc and iron. And as we all know, chocolate is a natural mood elevator! Unlike non-organic and processed chocolates, it does not have pesticides, fillers, or preservatives.
Ingredients – Vanilla
8 frozen bananas, thickly sliced
1/2 ripe banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
1 tbsp plant-based milk
Ingredients – Chocolate
8 frozen bananas
1/2 unfrozen banana
2 Medjool dates, pitted
2 tsp raw cocoa powder
A dash of plant-based milk
2 tsp raw cocoa nibs
Topping
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
Method
Blend all ingredients for each layer separately in your blender until they are creamy, except for the cocoa nibs in the chocolate cream. Once the chocolate cream is done, add the cacao nibs and blend for 30 seconds - so that they stay crispy.
Alternatively, pour chocolate and vanilla into two jars.
Add the cocoa nibs as a topping.
