Noon is the best time to eat a lot of greens and raw foods. Our metabolism is in full swing, so there is enough time until evening to digest everything. In the evening, our metabolism and circulation decrease again and our body prepares for a healthy sleep. That means that in the evening only easily digestible food should be eaten, such as cooked or steamed foods. Soups are great too.
