Pink Green Papaya Nicecream

This is for lovers. This is for you. Usually I choose chocolate over anything, but these Jungle Nicecream bowls are so pretty, delicious and fruity. I’ve been making this for my little one and each time it brings a big smile to his face. And best of all it provides all the nourishment he needs on a sunny summer vibes day.

Ingredient – bowls

  • 1 big papaya, approx. 25cm in length

INGREDIENTS – Green

  • 1/2 handful (175g) salad

  • 1/2 handful (175g) baby spinach

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 frozen banana

  • 3 tbsp plant-based milk or more

INGREDIENTS – PINK

  • 1 pack frozen dragon fruit (100g) or 1/2 fresh, frozen for 4 hours

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 2 tbsp plant-based milk or more

TOPPINGS

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into pieces

  • 1 banana, cut into slices

  • 2 cherries

  • 6 blackberries

  • 10 blueberries

  • 2 tsp coconut flakes

Method

  1. First prepare the toppings. Wash and cut all the fruits. Have the coconut flakes ready.

  2. Halve the papaya and core it with a spoon.

  3. Mix all of the ingredients for the green bowl and the pink bowl separately in your blender until they are creamy, and add each mixture to each papaya bowl.

  4. Top both bowls as in the picture above and enjoy!
